Type 07 FFL + Class 03 SOT. Custom builds, in-house Cerakote, suppressor transfers — and the same guy who answers the phone is the one who builds your gun. Ronald at RMCS Arms in Andrews.
Take TX-158 east through Gardendale, straight into Andrews. Ronald's working most days — call ahead or just show up during open hours.
There's Fallin Custom Firearms and Cult Combat in Midland, but neither has a Class 03 SOT for suppressor transfers. If you're building an NFA item, you need someone who can handle it start to finish. We can.
You go to Academy or Cabela's, you're buying what's on the shelf. If you want a custom rifle built to your specs — barrel, grip, trigger, brake — you need someone with a Type 07 FFL who actually machines. We do.
Some shops "offer" Cerakote and ship it off to a third party. We spray it here, in our shop, in Andrews. That means better quality control, faster turnaround, and you talk to the guy doing the work — not a coordinator in another state.
Suppressor? SBR? Form 1 build? We process the transfers locally. No shipping back to Dallas or Houston waiting lists. You drop it off, we handle the rest.
Ronald builds your gun. He's also the one who answers the phone. If you have a question about your build, you talk to the person actually doing the work.
AR-15s, bolt-actions, and more — built to your specs, not a shelf pick. Type 07 FFL, every part sourced right.

About 35 miles and 40 minutes via TX-158 east. Straight shot — no small-town maze, no construction surprises (usually). Plug "RMCS Arms Andrews TX" into Google Maps and follow it. We keep the shop open during those hours so you won't show up to a locked door.
You can do either. Most Midland customers drive it over — it's a short trip and you get to meet the guy working on your gun. If you can't make it, we accept shipped firearms from other FFLs. Just make sure the transfer paperwork is in order; we charge a $25 handling fee on transfers missing required info.
If you're buying a suppressor from an online vendor or another dealer, they ship it to us. We receive it under our Class 03 SOT, complete the eForm 4 transfer with the ATF, and notify you when it's ready for pickup. The whole process — from arrival to you walking out with your item — typically runs 90–180 days depending on ATF processing times. We've handled dozens of these; we know the paperwork.
Absolutely. Both are on the way — TX-158 runs right through Gardendale, and Greenwood is just off the route. Anyone driving in from those communities is coming the same direction we are anyway.
Yes. Most build conversations start over the phone or through the contact form. We talk through caliber, use case, budget, and timeline before any deposit is taken. Midland customers can do the whole consultation remotely and only make the drive when the build is ready for pickup — or to see the shop in person, which most people prefer at least once.
Wondering how the eForm process works for suppressor transfers? We break down the current timeline, what to bring to the shop, and how to avoid the big-city wait for Midland and Ector County residents.
